"Black Box." Interesting, and I think generational. I remember using and hearing black box before it was understood by all to be an airplane recording device. Reading during the Cold War years you would come across references to what was going on inside the mind of an individual, or within an organization or government agency, as a black box. I would be curious to know if this is a global wide issue or specific to America? Are other countries doing a better job of understanding women's health, or are just as bad/worse?
